news) today announced it will be holding its 10th National Sales Meeting and concurrent CIO Summit this week in Chicago. The event also marks the company's 25th corporate anniversary.
ePlus' event will have more than 600 attendees, including ePlus sales executives, engineers, and management as well as partners. The meeting includes interactive sales and engineering tracks that map directly to strategic focus areas for the company, including Cloud/Data Center, Security, Infrastructure, and Collaboration as well as planning, building, supporting, and optimizing these key technologies through customized services.
The event also includes ePlus' fourth CIO Summit, which gives ePlus customers the opportunity to gain insight into key technology issues and trends in an exclusive group setting with other CIOs, ePlus engineers and management, and strategists from top industry manufacturers. Through presentations, technology panels, and roundtable discussions, ePlus CIO Summit participants will have the chance to share best practices and discuss critical IT initiatives.
In addition, there will be 60 partner exhibitors on display at ePlus' annual Partner Pavilion, which gives strategic partners an opportunity to network and collaborate with ePlus staff, executives, and CIO Summit attendees.

ePlus will also continue its tradition of charitable support by hosting a "Backpack Project" during this year's National Sales Meeting. Nearly 200 attendees are volunteering to arrive early to help Chicago school-age children in need by filling backpacks with school supplies and weekend food. In addition to backpack donations, ePlus is holding a company-wide book drive to collect new or gently used books for elementary school aged children. ePlus has raised more than $25,000 at recent National Sales Meetings to benefit Wounded Warrior Project and Give Kids the World.
