#ePlus Gives Back

Corporate social responsibility is an important part of our culture. As such, we continue to focus efforts around supporting the communities in which we live and work. ePlus, its employees and its partners contribute in many ways to charitable organizations that support individuals facing challenges from homelessness and hunger to blood cancers and access to education. A sampling of our collective efforts, which include a combination of employee giving, corporate matching, and volunteerism, can be found below and is a source of great pride for our company.

As our organization has grown, so too have the sustainable practices we have put in place to support our business in alignment with environmental, social and governance protocols.

Corporate Social Responsibility

One Tree Planted

ePlus has committed to planting 10,000 trees through OneTreePlanted, a non-profit organization that’s dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity, and help reforestation efforts around the world. This mission fits perfectly with the ePlus mantra of helping our customers see the forest “and” the trees when it comes to their IT strategy. Watch to learn more.

Habitat for Humanity

Working together, our ePlus teams, with hard hats and hammers in hand, have helped to build beautiful new homes for families in need. We’re proud of our accomplishments in Upstate New York; Durham, NC; Loudoun County, VA; Houston, TX; and Sacramento, CA and look forward to our continued support of Habitat for Humanity and future builds.

GRIT: Girls Re-Imagining Tomorrow

ePlus and Cisco developed a unique program called GRIT (Girls Re-Imagining Tomorrow), to mentor young girls and expose them to careers in technology, introducing them to successful women to act as mentors and examples of what their future can hold.

Be the Match

We proudly support Be The Match. A long-term customer of ePlus, Be The Match saves lives by matching bone marrow donors with people suffering from blood cancers who are in need of transplants. Donations also support logistics, such as transportation of people and bone marrow, to and from hospitals.

A Healthy Dose of Gratitude

The doctors, nurses and support staff working in healthcare positions are always heroes, in our eyes. The challenges they have faced over the last several years have been unprecedented and relentless. Working regularly with our partner community, we provided hundreds of on-site meals and treats to some of the Healthcare Heroes working in different facilities across the US as a way to express our continued gratitude for all they do.

ePlus is proud to partner with The Estee Lauder Companies on its annual campaign to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation – donating $10,000 and encouraging employees to spread a sea of pink across social media to raise awareness and funds.



Harrisburg University

ePlus participated in the celebratory signing of the final beam of Harrisburg University’s new Health and Science Education Center.  As a valued technology partner of Harrisburg University’s Security Center of Excellence, the Analytics Institute, and the Government Technology Institute, this latest project demonstrates their commitment to the community, students, innovation, technology and sponsors. ePlus is honored to partner and to support these endeavors.

Delivering Joy

For the 2022 Holiday Season, ePlus joined forces with four hospitals within California, New York, Texas and Virginia to deliver a special holiday experience to patients and their families. As a means to “Deliver Joy” and holiday delight across all four locations, ePlus provided a Santa experience video, streamed into more than 200 patient rooms featuring holiday carols and a virtual storytime, along with holiday toys, winter items, books, blankets and other gifts to patients and their families. The ePlus Delivering Joy experience also organized a national toy drive to encourage and facilitate giving across its employee, customer and partner bases with participants being able to donate gifts via Amazon Wish Lists for each of the (4) hospitals or elect to make a monetary donation to family charities Garden of Dreams, Covenant House or Destination: Home.
