ePlus observes the following core holidays:
ePlus provides three types of paid time off to eligible employees:
An employee must work at least 30 hours per week to participate in the benefits listed here, except for FSA and 401(k) which is 20 hours per week. Benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire, except for 401(k).
ePlus offers a 401(k) plan through Charles Schwab. An employee is eligible the first of the month that coincides with or following one full month of employment. An employee is 100% vested on their date of hire and the employer match is annual.
ePlus offers an employee stock purchase plan. The plan allows employees to contribute via payroll on an after-tax basis to purchase common shares of ePlus stock at a discount. There are two offering periods during the year for employees to join.
ePlus offers two medical plan options to all eligible employees, both are administered by United Healthcare (UHC). Kaiser Permanente is a third medical plan option that is offered to California employees only:
ePlus offers Hospital Indemnity Insurance. This type of insurance pays a daily benefit if you have a covered stay in a hospital, critical care unit or rehabilitation facility. You can elect this coverage for yourself, your spouse (up to age 70), and your children to age 26.
ePlus offers company-paid life and AD&D insurance to all eligible employees. The benefit is 1x your annual earnings to a maximum of $250,000. We also offer voluntary life and AD&D insurance, which you can purchase for yourself, spouse and/or children.
ePlus offers company-paid short term disability insurance to all eligible employees. If a covered illness or injury keeps you from working, Short Term Disability insurance can replace part of your income while you recover. The benefit is 60% of your earnings to a maximum of $2,500 per week (tax-free). There is a 14-day waiting period.
Long Term Disability insurance can replace part of your income if a disability keeps you out of work for a long period of time. The benefit is 60% of your earnings to a maximum of $15,000 per month (2/3 of the benefit is tax-free). There is a 90-day waiting period. ePlus pays 33% of the premium.
ePlus offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential access to resources and licensed clinicians to aid in your well-being when personal or professional challenges arise.
Eligible employees must work 20 hours or more of regularly scheduled hours per week. ePlus offers the following FSA options:
