news) today announced that its subsidiary, ePlus Technology, inc., has successfully completed a quadruple Cisco audit and received four re-certifications:
The results of the audit illustrate ePlus' ability to meet rigorous standards set forth by Cisco in networking competency, service, support, and customer satisfaction. These designations acknowledge ePlus as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy, and support highly-sophisticated Cisco Unified Communications and security solutions. ePlus is also recognized for its ability to sell and deliver cloud and managed services.
"We are proud to complete this significant achievement again. The quadruple audit results affirm our best practices across multiple Cisco solutions and services," said Jerry McIntosh, vice president of advanced technology solutions for ePlus Technology. "Through our broad solution offering and demonstrated excellence in sales and delivery, we empower our customers to collaborate better, protect their assets, and optimize their data center and network operations."

The Cisco Master Service Provider Certification is part of the Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Program, focused on helping partners such as ePlus to envision, build, market, and sell cloud and managed services with business acceleration tools and services, sales training, and the Cisco Cloud Marketplace to address the varied needs of its customers. As a Cisco Master Service Provider Certified Partner, ePlus will sell and deliver at least two Cisco Powered services (managed and/or cloud services with Cisco Powered services designations), built on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, and provide enhanced management and stewardship practices to its customers.
