Ms. Jackson is the Manager of Employee Relations, Inclusion and Diversity at ePlus. She is responsible for cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees as well as advising and training managers in best practices of employee relations and strategies for managing performance matters. In 2018, Ms. Jackson became HR Business Partner at ePlus taking on a dual role of designing and administering ePlus’ US and global employee benefits programs and employee relations. Ms. Jackson joined ePlus in July 2014 and held various HR positions such as HR Generalist and Benefits Manager. Prior to joining ePlus, Ms. Jackson was an HR professional with Capital One. In 2020, Ms. Jackson received an ePlus Executive Choice Award for her dedication and commitment to managing two critical roles in the organization. In addition, Ms. Jackson also had the honor of attending ePlus’ celebration of 25th Listing Anniversary on Nasdaq in New York in 2021.
