news) today announced that the underwriters of its underwritten public secondary offering (the "Offering") of common stock by existing stockholders have exercised their option to purchase an additional 236,087 shares at a price of $50.00 per share. The sale of these additional shares of common stock closed earlier today, following the closing on May 5, 2014 of the sale of 1,573,913 shares by Selling Stockholders. All of the shares of common stock offered including the over-allotment are being sold by Selling Stockholders. ePlus will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the Selling Stockholders in this Offering.
Stifel and William Blair were the joint book running managers, and Canaccord Genuity was the co-lead manager of the Offering.
